METAL ROOFING
Type E Panel
Type E panel is ideally suited for exposed metal roofs and siding applications. Its section profile is architecturally attractive, while seven deep ribs provide strength and weather proof construction. Type E is available in two different gauges 24 and 26 with two different surfaces: galvalume and pre- painted. Pre-painted colors available are: Gray, Red and White.
Galvalume E-Panel 24 and 26 Gauge. Galvalume Steel sheet (AL-ZN) has high aluminum content, 55% of mass and 45% of zinc content showing better thermal resistance than ordinary hot-dip galvanized steel sheets. Provides excellent durability, corrosion resistance with low maintenance and can be used in a variety of applications like roofing and siding material for commercial, agricultural and residential projects. Panel lengths available up to 42 feet, 36” width coverage with 1-3/8” high ribs.
Type B Panel
Metal Deck Type B, 20 Gauge. Floor decking steel galvanized sheet formed with the cold rolling treatment, simple shape with high rib and high strength. Ideal for use in industrial and civil construction, durable: 12-20 years. Available in various sizes. Material conform ASTM A-653 Structural Steel standards.
Zinc Panel
Galvanized Steel Roofing Sheet 26 Gauge, 27” x 6’. Galvanized corrugated steel sheet formed with the cold rolling treatment. Corrugated sheet is hot dip galvanized with a weight of zinc coating no less than 0.6oz/ft2 (183gm2). Ideal for use in industrial and civil construction, durable: 12-20 years. Available in various sizes. Material conform ASTM A-653 Structural Steel standards.
Ridge Cap
Ridge Cap E-Panel 24, 25 or 26 Gauge. Galvalume steel ridge cap (AL-ZN) has high aluminum content, 55% of mass and 45% of zinc content showing better thermal resistance than ordinary hot-dip galvanized steel sheets. Provides excellent durability, corrosion resistance with low maintenance and it is used in the top of galvalume steel sheet roofing for commercial and residential projects. Ridge cap length is 3 feet, 36” width coverage with 1-3/8” high ribs.
C-Purlins
C-Purlins are a horizontal membrane made of 16 gauge galvanized steel use in supporting the loads from the roof deck and are supported by the building wall or principal rafter. C-Purlins are used in large sized roofing platforms, factory, workshops and more. C-Purlin dimensions are 4” or 6” web, 2-1/2” flange with 3/4” lip and 18’, 20’, 25’ or 30’ length. Galvanized steel conform ASTM A653/A653M standard.
Galvanized Steel Sheet
Galvanized steel sheets are ideal for use in areas where greater corrosion protection is required. Galvanized steel sheets are ideal for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications or for decorative interior design because they are easy to weld, form, bend and drill. The galvanized steel sheets are available in 20, 22, 24, 26 or 30 gauge.
